I always have couple of bunches at home.
Happy loves it too. He only eats fully ripe ones. :)

Dogs go crazy for peanut butter. :)
Make sure they are natural and free of any other artificial ingredients!

I put in coconut water or just water and drink it.
For Happy, I sprinkle on top of his food and mix them.

4. TurmericIt's the nature's best natural anti inflammatory and also anti oxidant!
I put turmeric powder when I make homemade meal for Happy.
For me I put it when I make soups or for any seasoning.
5. Extra Virgin Coconut OilCoconut oil is so popular! It's like magic oil! :)
We got this huge tub of Coconut Oil and use for everything.
You and your dog can eat it raw or cook with it.
It's also great to put on you and your dog's skin and hair!

6. Chick Peas (Garbanzo Beans)Chick peas are my favorite beans!
They taste like chest nut. :)
I love them with my rice or soup or anything. <3
Happy eats them as a snack or with his food. Just a few though.

7. SpirulinaSpirulina is Super Superfood. :)
They are algae with a complete protein with all essential amino acids.
It's like nature's multivitamins and good for detoxing too!
You can also get them in powders but we like this tablets.
Happy likes it too surprisingly. I think because it smells like seaweed. :)
I give him one tablet a day and I take 3 to 5 a day.
This one is 720 tablets for $24.99. It will last a long time. :)
8. Organic Baby CarrotsWe love snacking on this.
So crunchy and fresh!
I love when Happy munching on this.

We eat them with rice.
It's more popular as a snack in the U.S.
So healthy and tasty.
They are also low calorie and addictive!

Some of them have too much salt and seasonings.
